ACMS is an Oregon-based, women-owned construction management and civil engineering firm that provides professional services to public agencies and private-sector clients.  ACMS’ project focus includes all aspects of public and private construction including underground utility installations, green streets, bioswales, industrial projects, wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, roadways/highways, high and low-rise structures, property condition assessments, floodplain restorations, pavement and drainage improvements, and re-developments of parks and public spaces.
